Depict how Sonora Foods Ltd is composed Sonora Foods produce the accompanying items: Tortillas, Nacho Bites, Taco’s, Burritos, Wraps and Seasoning Blends. Sonora Foods is isolated into four groups. These are: Senior Management Team, Operations Team, Fund Team, Hygiene Team and the Technical Team. Every one of these groups have a chiefs and group pioneers to keep every office running easily. The tasks staff at Sonora Food are composed to work with various movements. These are: day move, 40 hours every week (7am-4pm). Evening shift, 35 hours per week (4pm-12 PM) and night move, 32.5 hours seven days (12 PM 7am). These are the movements and working hours for the agents. The compensation is  £5.35 during the day and ascends to  £10 for staff dealing with the night move. This is the means by which the agents are sorted out, this has been effective for Sonora as all the agents are content with the plans assigned to their employments. Agents are the representatives who depend on the creation floor to deliver the merchandise and keep the creation line ready for action easily all through the day. All the four groups have a hierarchical graph. There are two kinds of hierarchical outlines which organizations use. They’re level structure and tall structure. Tall structures have loads of layers, which speak to the distinction in occupations and how much work is expected to do every one. The positions at the top finish of the graph will be directors and chiefs, these employments will pay more than the occupations let down the outline. Level structures have less layers and are progressively utilized in littler organizations. These have the higher staff at the top then a bigger number of staff who are working with various occupations, however these employments are at a similar degree of need and pace of pay.
